An overnight shooting in North Philadelphia has left a family shaken and a man hospitalized.
Police say that a 46-year-old man was shot six times near Marshall and Venango Streets by another man on bike just before 2 a.m.
They say the victim was shot in the face and body. He was taken to Temple University Hospital where he is in criticial condition.
The victim, however, is not the only one recovering from the shooting this morning.
Police tell NBC10 that one of the bullets went the through the window of a nearby home, narrowly missing a grandmother and her four-year-old grandchild who were both sleeping inside.
Investigators are reviewing surveillance video from a store in the area.
So far, police have no motive or suspect.
