Shaq will don the red suit for 100 families in Atlantic City who were directly affected by Hurricane Sandy.
The basketball great will help make the holidays brighter for children in need on Saturday, with a party at the Pennsylvania Avenue School.
The auditorium will be transferred into a sugar plum wonderland where kids and their parents are invited to receive gifts from "Shaq-A-Claus."
The event runs from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
