Several cars are destroyed after a fire started in a church parking lot.
The fire began around 11 p.m. Sunday behind the New Life Presbyterian Church along the 400 block of Easton Road in Glenside, Pa., police tell NBC10.com.
When fire crews arrived, at least four cars parked next to each other were engulfed in flames.
In a video shot by an NBC10 viewer, flames could be seen shooting into the air -- igniting a tree that hangs over the cars.
At one point, an explosion occurs sending a ball of fire high into the sky as fire crews doused the blaze with water.
Fire crews were able to get the fire under control a short time later, but the vehicles which included station wagons, an SUV and sedan were left in ruin.
It's unclear how the fire started. No one was hurt.
Officials say they are investigating the cause of the blaze.
