A 21-year-old soldier was paralyzed after being shot in the neck while in Afghanistan. As he continues to recover, the Philadelphia Eagles did their part to lift the spirits of the life-long Eagles fan. They invited him to their game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and met with him personally.
