Firefighters are battling a West Philadelphia blaze that left a woman injured Wednesday morning.
Fire officials tell NBC10 that blaze began just before 4: 30 a.m. on the 4600 block of Larchwood Avenue.
The say that a woman who lived in the row home was forced to jump out of the second story of the home to escape the flames.
She was injured in the jump and also suffered burns on her body, according to officials.
The victim was rushed to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. No word on her condition.
The fire was placed under control just before 5:30 a.m.
